Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't have asked for a better room on the 3rd floor, opening up to the roof deck, away from traffic noise; just what our group needed. The service was super cheerful and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome. Even though the dining experience was fine, there's room for improvement. The location is perfect, centrally located near restaurants and shops, but don't expect much more. Overall, it was a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and felt just like home, with a kitchen table, dining table, and two living room areas. Even though the interior design was old, everything was well maintained. Being the only room on the 3rd floor that opens up to the roof deck was a great bonus. The service was top-notch, with staff being very accommodating, attentive, and cordial. I did feel like a bit demanding at times, but they were always so nice about it. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all the tourist spots and right in the city center near restaurants and convenience stores. However, the pool being a 1-2 minute walk away at the back was a slight downside. The dining experience was wonderful in a beautifully decorated and comfortable setting, especially thanks to their fantastic staff member, Raymond. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall, I had a fantastic experience during my stay.
The hotel rooms are elegant for their price, however, the noise from the street and front desk can be heard. The service was accommodating, showing signs of good staff management. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The dining experience was mixed, with some highlights but also some drawbacks. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially with the charming rooms featuring a kitchenette, which stood out compared to others in Tagaytay in the same price range. The pool area was a delightful addition. However, the lack of hospitality service was noticeable.
The hotel's location is convenient, near various restaurants and key tourist spots, albeit not perfectly tidy, making it ideal for those arriving after a long journey from North Luzon. The rooms, while spacious with a veranda overlooking the side parking and main road, had a noticeable chemical smell on the second floor. The service was a mix of friendliness and slight inefficiency with attempts to reach different services. The dining experience featured simple yet tasty and affordable meals, especially the bacon and tapa, though some dishes took longer to prepare. Facilities were adequate, catering to essential needs.
